After the latest government announcement we are now cancelling all holidays departing in June, customers who have paid their balance will be contacted in date order.
Covid-19 Statement – Updated 30/04/20
During this unprecedented time we have taken the decision to send all staff home, I am in the office for only a few hours a day. We are trying to contact customers individually but this takes time. A few points to note:
For holidays cancelled unto early May we have now refunded 80% of customers and continue to work through the list, this is time consuming and is more difficult with the lack of staff. Unlike some large companies we are refunding all customers when requested and rest assured this is almost complete. Refunds will all be completed for the current cancellations by 10th May. I would like to personally thank our customers who have opted for credits and transferred bookings with us, your loyalty will be rewarded.
For holidays commencing from mid May onwards, we are waiting for the next round of government advice due next week but i would imagine at the least that the rest of May will also be cancelled soon. Customers will be contacted as soon as we know.

On a final note I would like to remind everyone that to comply with the travel package regulations, all our customers money is protected in the unlikely event of insolvency. This is information you need to know but believe me we will not fail, i have worked too hard to get where i am now with both Ashcrofts & Memory Lane and will not be stopped by a virus.
