During this unprecedented time we have taken the decision to send all staff home, I am in the office for only a few hours a day. We are trying to contact customers individually but this takes time. A few points to note:
All day excursions due to depart in April have been postponed, we will contact you with the new date as soon as we have it. If the new date is inconvenient for you then you can request a refund.
All Holidays due to depart in April have also been postponed, we are trying our best to contact customers and where appropriate issue refunds.
No decisions have been made yet for anything else departing after 1st May and we will continue to provide updates as soon as we can.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank our customers for their support and urge everyone who has trips booked to reschedule and NOT cancel, this goes for customers of all operators as we are all facing uncertain times and im sure we would all like to have a tourist industry to come back to.
On a final note I would like to remind everyone that to comply with the travel package regulations, all our customers money is protected in the unlikely event of insolvency.
