Day 1 - Begin your outward journey with a scenic drive, stopping at the historic city of Carlisle, for a relaxing lunch.
Day 2 - Enjoy a later start before heading to the stunning Holy Island, famous for its tidal causeway and ancient priory. Afterwards, visit the picturesque Harbour of Seahouses, where you'll embark on a sail with Billy Shiels Boats, exploring the coastline and wildlife.
Day 3 - Spend the day at Cragside, a National Trust property known for being the first house in the world to be lit by hydroelectricity. Explore its beautiful gardens, woodland walks, and innovative Victorian architecture.
Day 4 - Experience a full day at Alnwick Castle & Gardens, a magnificent fortress with over 700 years of history. Wander through the impressive gardens and discover the castle's connections to film and TV, including Harry Potter.
Day 5 - On your homeward journey, stop at the Angel of the North for a photo before enjoying lunch in Skipton.
