Day 1 - Begin your journey with a stop in Cleveleys, where you’ll have a few hours to explore before checking into your hotel.
Day 2 - Experience a fascinating guided tour of Pendle Witch Country, led by historian Simon Entwistle. Learn the history of the infamous Pendle witches as you journey through the Lancashire countryside, with stories of intrigue and witchcraft. Visit the Barrowford Heritage Centre to discover more about the 1612 Pendle Witch trials. Continue over Pendle Hill into the Ribble Valley, visiting Lancashire’s most haunted village and Stonyhurst College, J.R.R. Tolkien’s former school.
Day 3 - Enjoy a scenic drive to the Lake District, with free time in Bowness to explore local shops or take a relaxing sail on the lake.
Day 4 - Spend a full day exploring Blackpool at your leisure before returning to the hotel for dinner and entertainment.
Day 5 - Going home, we stop briefly at Barton Grange for some last-minute shopping.
