A day of delights in North Wales visiting the seaside town of Beaumaris, with captivating views over the water to Snowdonia, boasting quaint streets lined with pastel-colored cottages, tearooms, ice cream parlours and craft shops as well as a traditional Victorian pier. The town’s castle is an unfinished masterpiece and referred to as ‘the greatest castle never built’. This afternoon we take a cruise to Puffin Island, a bird sanctuary and nesting site for many species of breeding seabirds. You will be likely to see common guillemots, razorbills, kittiwakes and of course puffins as well as admiring amazing scenery.
