Join us on a day trip to the market town of Shrewsbury with its Tudor houses and Medieval Castle. The town centre is almost an island, encircled by the River Severn and home to more than 600 historic buildings including the church where Charles Darwin, who was born in Shrewsbury, was baptised. The intriguingly named Wyle Cop is rumoured to have the longest run of independent shops and is part of the vibrant town centre. We will also enjoy a scenic cruise along the River Severn onboard the Sabrina, a triple-decked boat.
